A. How do I place an order?
Log on to our website at https://hk-grocery.com. Select the goods you’d like to buy, then add them to the shopping cart. Go to the shopping cart and confirm the products you are going to purchase and the corresponding quantities. Follow the steps to fill in the order form and select the shipping method, including the date and time. The purchase will be completed after the payment transaction process. Then, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
B. How do Ibecome a member?
Method 1: Go to “Member Zone”, click “registration” at the bottom of the page. Simply fill in your personal details to register as a member.
Method 2: Purchase any product and, before confirming the payment, click “I am willing to register as a member and accept marketing and promotional messages”.
C. What mode of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MASTER, WeChat Pay, Alipay.
D. Can the delivery fee be waived?
If theorder is $398 or above after discount, delivery service is free.
E. How do I become a business partner?

F. After the confirmation of order and the payment transaction process, can the order be cancelled or changed?
If the order has been confirmed and the payment has been made, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

You can choose to pick up the goods at the pick-up point in Yuen Long or Tsuen Wan. After the confirmation of order, the goods will be delivered to the designated pick-up point within 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays).
